		<description>Yes, you are getting too good at watching TV!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;You know it&#039;s interesting, I really like this idea and I think it&#039;s great and I need to make a habit of making a habit out of the things I want to make habits of.  I really like the idea of looking at it as building A at the expense of B (and there are lots of B&#039;s I need to remove (and bees)).  At the same time, the properties of addiction work in funny ways, such that abstaining from an action can, in some ways actually make the draw stronger rather than weaker...  Guess that just goes to show we can&#039;t do it ourselves and we&#039;ll always need God!  ... Phew!</description>
