This can be the means the Japanese individuals maintain their cultural heritage. Where are the waterfalls in Pokemon Black and White?

While I was playing Pokemon White, I came across a waterfall while surfing. The dowsing machine led me to believe that there was a hidden item up the waterfall, but since I didn’t have the HM at the time, I couldn’t reach it. But now I can’t remember where the waterfall was. Does anyone know?
Please bear in mind I’m not asking where the HM for waterfall is. I’m looking for an actual waterfall to climb up.
